• Fully / partly qualified in HRM from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge on EPF / ETF activities and coordination
• Experience on Salaries/wages preparation
• Experience in HR and Admin function
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English and computer literacy with MS office
*Maintaining employees personal files system and HR filling system
* Handling performance evaluation, KPI evaluation and reward and recognition process in a timely manner
* Identifying and carrying out Training and development activities
• Effectively handle all general office administration duties to ensure a smooth work flow
• Prepare of monthly salaries with EPF/ETF activities
