Customer Care Executive

Job Duties

  •   Answer all customer calls to the agreed Company standards
  •   Ensure that service levels & abandoned call percentages are met as per the agreed KPIs
  •   Make effective communication both inbound and outbound to communicate Company products, services /offers & maintain Company standards in communicating
  •   Gather information from customers for research purposes and ensure confidentiality of such data available
  •   Undertake responsibilities of administrative duties within the department
  •   Promote up-selling/cross selling to inbound calls & contribute/increase departmental revenue
  •   At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / Any other recognized equal qualification
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  3. Good IT literacy skills (Ms Office & Gmail)
  4. Having 1 + years of work experience in a relevant field
  5. Should be willing to work on a shift/roster basis (Full Time)
  6. The candidate should preferably reside within 15km radius from Colombo
