- Passed GCE A/L or GCE O/L examinations.
- Have excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
- Be a team player with a positive, tolerant and can – do attitude.
- Sound knowledge on local markets, customer and competitors.
- Ability to cross – sell the Bank’s products and services to achieve targets.
Following will be an added advantage to be selected:
- Prior work experience in a call Centre/ customer service
- Full or partial/academic qualifications.
- Participation in sports activites.
