Customer Service Executive

Job Description

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answer the questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update the customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements

  1. Ability to learn about the products and the services.
  2. Good knowledge in Microsoft office.
  3. Excellent knowledge in English (Tamil & Hindi will be an added advantage).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
  6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  7. School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
  8. Able to join immediately.
  9. Age below 25.
