We are looking for a Executive E COM HELP DESK — If you are energetic,innovative and self driven here is the opportunity to join with the most international IT Team
This role is accountable to support the E Com Solution support team in all ESS tools and activities primarily via the ESS Helpdesk to cost-effectively resolve customer queries on E-tools with a view to enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Improve Customer satisfaction with E Com solutions
• Responsible for answering routine/complex enquirers via the interactive help desk function, email and telephone on daily basis in a professional and swift manner.
• To ensure timely completion for the assigned tasks, record and monitor progress against agreed standards
• Liaise with DHL regional office to collaborate on E Com projects if required.
What we are expecting you to possess
• Diploma in the Information Services or equivalent
• Fully conversant in MS office packages (Word,Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal & excellent command in English language is a must
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to identify and escalate priority issues to relevant areas
• Duration — 1 Year
• The role works within standard working hours • Exposure to world class IT processes and practices
