ORCL is the owner, manager and developer of the iconic World Trade Center, Colombo (WTC) which comprises two office towers of 39 floors each, provides 750,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space.




  1. Efficiently manage internal and external customer feedback
  2. Liaise with internal departments and direct staff to resolve customer complaints
  3. Manage help desk system
  4. Coordination between internal department and customer
  5. Prioritize and timely attend to customer complaints
  6. Report to the Management of any short comings


Person Profile


  1. Good Communication Skills in English and Sinhala
  2. Advanced Level qualification
  3. Ability to work in a computerized environment and should be familiar with email and MS Office package
  4. Prior experience in Customer Service or a help desk will be an added advantage
  5. Excellent Negotiation and Organizational Skills
  6. Should be an energetic individual with positive attitude
  7. Willingness to work extended hours
  8. Age preferred between 35 – 45 years
