Key Responsibilities

  • Administers the Bank’ staff medical insurance scheme
  • Handling of Branch Delivery System (BDS) in relation to staff transactions
  • Facilitating staff requests by preparing necessary reports and correspondence letters
  • Should act as the coordinator for HR related payments (Internal/External)
  • Provide assistance to the on-boarding process
  • Personal file administration
  • Assist with day to day HR operations functions and duties


  • Should be an undergraduate / partly qualified in a reputed university following Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • Should be well conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A positive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and capacity to work under pressure
  • It is mandatory that the selected candidate should be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage
