Job Summary:

Meeting importation deadlines to satisfy customer requirements and achieve departmental targets with maximum profitability while maintaining a good reputation with supplier base as well as other related parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with principals and coordinate on all divisional requirements in line with logistics.
  • Responsible for identifying and accommodating the requirements of stock movement.
  • On time communication about order status with all stakeholders
  • Arrange supplier payments as per agreed payment terms and make sure to maintain creditworthiness of the company
  • Preparation of regular reports that accommodate the requirements of the operations and management.

Key Requirements:

  • Successfully completed G.C.E Advance Level, preferably in Science Stream.
  • Professional Diploma related to Purchasing, Logistic or Supply Chain Management wil be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 01 year experience in Logistics or Purchasing
  • Good level of knowledge Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation
