Personal Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Coordinating all administrative and secretarial functions of the Director.

➢ Ensuring effective support and services are provided to the internal/external customers.

➢ Preparing reports and system updates in a timely manner.

➢ Arranging and coordinating meetings.

➢ Assist the Director on day to day activities.

➢ Analyze historical data and prepare reports for strategic decision making.

Key Requirements:

Diploma in Secretarial studies with minimum 01 year experience in secretarial/administrative role or departmental/customer coordination.

➢ Excellent communication skills in written and verbal.

➢ Computer literacy in MS Office packages, with typing speed not less than 25 wpm.

➢ Proficiency in Advance MS Excel.

Age below 35 years.
