PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking out for an enthusiastic individual with an outgoing personality, good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and numbers to join our global team.

Responsibilities;

  • Coordinate activities between project teams onsite and offshore, Admin, HR, Finance, Logistics and other support teams
  • Conduct Management Reporting – prepare reports on revenue, leave, expenses and derive metrics from internal systems for reporting
  • Support monthly billing and invoicing for projects

Ideal candidate should have;

  • One-year work experience in a similar role
  • G.CE. Advance Level with a Credit Pass in Accounting
  • Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • CIMA Foundation level Certificate (or equivalent) will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility working under a changing and diverse work environment
  • Ability to track through issues and follow-up to closure
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team skills, be results oriented, and have strong customer service skills
  • Ability to proactively suggest new ideas and suggestions
