Senior Assistant – Merchant Activation & Support
Job Profile
  • Be responsible of FriMi merchant activation / servicing management end to end including FriMi owned devices and android POS terminals.
  • Manage FriMi acceptance terminals and devices base in the market including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, 24hrs after service, removal of inactive terminals & total Point of Sale (POS) / QR MIS management
  • Activate the inactive POS / QR acceptance and make optimum use of proprietary POS terminals / QR devices installed at merchant locations
  • Ensure all inventories are periodically checked & updated during the visits, along with a comprehensive MIS maintained & shared with the management
  • Work closely with the Service Providers & Insurance Agents to ensure faulty terminals are repaired and insurance claims are done within agreed SLA’s
  • Coach & guide the team to achieve business objectives & organizational goals by minimizing cost and increasing revenue
Special Skills
  • Knowledge of digital payment solutions, POS software programming & related work
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years ‘experience in a Bank/Financial Institution/Service Industry with exposure to Merchant Acquiring Relationship & POS Management
  • A part qualification in Banking / CIM/SLIM or completion of 1st year of a 3-year Degree Programme related to IT / Marketing
