Customer Support Agent (Flight Support) (M/F)
Our client, a leading Australian based travel and tour company located in Colombo is looking for “CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (FLIGHT SUPPORT) (M/F)”
To manage incoming emails and phone inquiries from our customers from Australia, USA, New Zealand and Europe for flight date changes, schedule changes, upgrades, refund and credits as well as managing Amadeus schedule change queues, reissues and ticketing.
- Strong written and communication skills in English
- A total Amadeus Reservations Ticketing expert
- Capacity to work independently and proactively
- Passion for travel and customer service
